Information for shareholders of JSC "Fortuna-bank"

The Supervisory Board of Public Joint Stock Company "Fortuna-bank" reports that an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders will be held:
January 17, 2012

Kyiv, Borychiv Tik str. 35-v
Registration of shareholders will be held from 13:15 to 13:45
at the place of the General Meeting of Shareholders
The right to participate in the meeting have those who are included in the list
of shareholders as of January 11, 2012
Agenda:
- Decide on the order of the general meeting of shareholders. The election of the counting commission and approval of its membership.
- Increase in authorized capital by increasing the number of shares of existing nominal value due to additional contributions.
- The question of the method of placement of shares (open (public) or closed (private). Approval of the Minutes of the decision public offering and the prospectus (in case of public offering.) Approval of the Minutes of the private placement (in the case of a private placement).
- Approval of the list of other investors, including the envisaged public offering, according to which the decision to place was taken (in the case of a private placement).
- Identification of the authorized body of the Company, and persons who are competent for the offering, as well as the definition of the terms of reference of the authorized body and the authorized person.

To participate in the general meeting of shareholders a person must have documents certifying the identity, the representatives of the shareholders - additional power of attorney executed in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
