The construction of an office center is proposed for implementation in Kyiv on the Zhylianska str.
The office center is designed as a 22-storey bulding with two-level parking with total area of 30,5 thousand square meters. The land area is 2570 square meters. A lease contract was signed in 2011 for a period of 10 years. All design and approval documentation to start construction is ready.
