17.10.2002 The National Bank of Ukraine registered the Statute of LLC “Fortuna-bank” and issued the Certificate of registry.
27.11.2002 The National Bank of Ukraine issued a license to perform banking operations and the Banking license.

22.07.2009 The General Meeting of Shareholders decided to reorganize the Bank by transformation; adopted the plan of reorganization; appointed the committee for reorganization; appointed an auditing committee for making an inventory and auditing the valuables; appointed an independent auditor to check the financial reports; defined the terms of exchanging the portions of the statutory fund for the shares of the Bank being established by transformation; decided to issue shares of the Bank being established by transformation (Protocol ¹3).
14.10.2009 The General Meeting of Shareholders adopted the transferring act of the LLC “Fortuna-bank”; adopted the report of the consequences of exchanging the the portions of the statutory fund for the written obligations to issue corresponding numbers of shares of the Public Joint Stock Company “Fortuna-bank” (Protocol ¹4).
14.10.2009 The Constituent Meeting of the founders of the Public Joint Stock Company “Fortuna-bank” decided to establish the Public Joint Stock Company “Fortuna-bank”, adopted its Statute, elected managing bodies, adopted the transferring act, adopted the balance sheet of the JSC “Fortuna-bank”, adopted internal regulations of the JSC “Fortuna-bank” (Protocol ¹1).
22.10.2009 Obtained a certificate ¹363/1/09 of registration of ordinary shares with nominal value - 160m UAH through the exchange of stakes in LLC "Fortuna-bank" for ordinary shares of JSC "Fortuna-bank", that has been created during the reorganization.
20.11.2009 The banking license to perform banking operations and the License of the NBU were received.
09.03.2010 The Shares of the JSC “Fortuna-bank” went through the listing procedure on the PFTS Stock Exchange.
14.06.2010 The Dnipropetrovsk and Chernivtsi branches of the JSC “Fortuna-bank” ceased to operate. Dnipropetrovsk regional branch and Chernivtsi regional branch established in their stead. (Protocol of the Supervisory Board’s decision ¹9 of 02.04.2010).
28.10.2010 State Commission on Securities and Stock Market listed first issue of bonds of Public Joint Stock Company "Fortuna-bank." Issuance of bonds (Series A) recorded in the number of 50 000 ordinary interest, registered bonds in book-entry form for the total amount of 50m UAH.
10.12.2010 Obtained the certificate ¹ 960/1/10 of the second issue of shares and increase in the number of shares of current nominal value of 30 000 ordinary shares for a total of 30m UAH and the registration of 190,000 ordinary registered shares totaling 190m UAH.
01.06.2011 Bonds of JSC "Fortuna-bank" were uploaded via the trade organizer PJSC "PFTS" in full.
24.10.2011 Obtained a new banking license ¹ 201 of 24.10.2011 and the General license for foreign exchange transactions ¹ 201 of 24.10.2011.
28.12.2011 Decree number 349-C-O of the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved payment of ordinary interest bonds (Series A) of JSC "Fortune Bank."
